Wild Sky Leather is the next evolution of the long-running Etsy shop, The Providence Story. It was started by Ali Arnette in 2012 and has taken quite the journey to get to where it is today! 

Ali is a mom to three amazing kids, and when her youngest was a baby she started crocheting to keep her hands busy while nursing for hours on end. She lived in a small apartment in New York City and enjoyed running in Central Park. Shortly after starting the business she moved to the Philadelphia suburbs with her young daughter and husband. She soon refocused her efforts to handmade leather goods and the popularity grew. 8 years later and with two more kids in tow, they moved their family across the country to Montana to live out a dream. 

After being on Etsy for 10+ years and nearly 14,000 sales Ali realized that the business no longer felt like HER, and finally Wild Sky Leather was born. 

Wild Sky focuses on practical yet attractive designs and believes whole heartedly in the beauty of real leather and all that comes with it. Scars, blemishes, brands, you name it…we try to use it all!
